Should be ready to get trained and adapt to cutting edge technologies (Ruby on Rails)
Should have hands on experience in Database (MySQL/SQL, etc)
Experience in database design would be nice
Hands on experience in delivering mission critical projects to demanding customers
Should have hands on experience in SDLC
Should possess fair Team/project management experience
Should be able to take complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities
Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
